He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Jackson Willard; his wives, Clemmie Dell Clark Willard and Betty Spencer Willard; his stepchildren, Donna Hancock and Merle Spencer; and his brothers, John Abe Willard, Willie R. Willard and James Hooker Willard.
He is survived by: his daughter Joy W. Vaughan of Stuart; his grandchildren, Trisha Vaughan Long (Michael) and Jason Vaughan (Karen); his great grandchildren, Emma and Evan; his stepchildren, Sandra Fulcher (S. T.) and Michael Spencer (Carla); his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Beagle, Tee Fulcher, Hava Spencer, Shawn Spencer, Joey Spencer, Leigh Ann Watson, Alana Spencer and Kelli Spencer; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jack Beagle, Jake Beagle, Trey Fulcher, McKenna Watson, Will Watson, Dane Spencer, Emily Spencer and Anala Spencer; and his sisters, Ruby Foley and Lucy Mae Willard.
