He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mulholland and Winifred Carlton Mulholland; and his brother Frank Mulholland. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Patricia Donnelly (Michael) of Northern Ireland, Francis T. Mulholland of Northern Ireland, Caroline Quinn (Dennis) of Northern Ireland, Linda Mulholland (Gerry) of Northern Ireland and Thomas Mulholland of Northern Ireland; and his close friends, Betty Holt and Stuart.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross or to a charity of the donor's choice.
