He is survived by: his wife Lucy Isaacs Hice; his brother Bobby Hice; his siblings-in-law, Kelly Hice, Sylvia Blevins, Kenneth Lowe and Becky Bandy; his close friend Nathan Bandy; his grandmother Christine Sawyers; and his siblings-in-law, Timmy and Jennifer Isaacs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
