She was predeceased by: her mother Alene Abbott Wright; her brother Michael Wright; and her daughter Lynn Harris Adams. She is survived by: her father Troy Wright; her husband Edward M. Smith of King, NC; her son Mark Harris (Nancy); her stepchildren, Terry Speas (Jeff) and Mike Smith of Yadkinville, NC; her sisters, Rogene Slusher (Mike) and Linda Maye of Clemmons, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Pam, Jennifer, James and Michael. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or the Kate B. Reynold's Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
