It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Harbour Rorrer of Stuart, Virginia, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Estel Harbour and Nova Pendleton Harbour; her brothers, Kenneth Harbour and Camden Harbour; and her nephew Lynn Pendleton.
She is survived by: her husband John Cephus Rorrer; her son Greg Rorrer of Stuart; her grandchildren, Kelli Belcher (Trevor) of Stuart, Laken Rorrer (Gavin Worley) of Meadows and Carlie Rorrer of Stuart; her great grandchild Riggs Belcher of Woolwine; her siblings, Regina Pendleton of Stuart and Lloyd Harbour (Mary) of Stuart; her sister-in-law Margie Wood of Stuart; and her close friend Joan Griffin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jacks Creek Primitive Baptist Church (1271 Jacks Creek Rd, Stuart, VA 24171). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
