He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cockram, Sr. and Mae Vaughan Cockram; his brothers, Harmon Cockram and Paul Cockram, Jr.; and his niece Janice Cockram Slumber.
He is survived by: his sister Pauline Cockram Hutchens of Spencer, Virginia; his niece Tammy Hutchens Cummings; and his nephews, Danny Cockram, Otis Cockram and Steve Hutchens.
