It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hylton (Stuart, Virginia), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Greeley Hylton and Lena Hylton; and his siblings, Mildred Minter and Willie Hylton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Marena Hylton; his daughter Patti; his son-in-law Sidney Slaughter of Martinsville; his son Douglas; his daughter-in-law Lisa Hylton of Lexington, NC; his grandchildren, Michael James Hylton, Mary Elizabeth Hylton and Misty Faye Hylton; his brother Frank B. Hylton of Stuart; and his siblings-in-law, Shelby Turner (Troy) of Stuart and Leon Pendleton of Stuart.
