She was predeceased by: her mother Francis Harris Blaylock; her husband Randolph Holt; her son Phillip Edward Holt; her grandchild Tierney Irene Holt; and her siblings, Virginia Lawson, Evelyn Baugh, Dora Alice Blaylock, Fred, James, Paul, Robert and Ralph Blaylock.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Holt (Danielle) of Greenville, SC and Randy Holt of Raleigh, NC; her sisters, Ruth Jernigan (Sam) of Newport, RI and Nellie Knight (John) of Richmond, VA; her grandchildren, Hillary Holt, Talyah Bayne (Zach) and Matthew Holt (Katherine); her great grandchildren, Maddox Holt and Asher Bayne; and her daughter-in-law Susan Howell Holt.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to True Gospel Baptist Church 7403 Salem HWY.
