He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blackmore and Kathryn Smith Blackmore; and his wife Eileen Lee Tarver Blackmore. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Blackmore, Karen Blackmore and Judith Hendrickson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
