He was predeceased by: his father George Thomas Goard; and his sister Charlotte Kay Hammond. He is survived by: his sisters, Shelby Hall (Russell) of Spencer and Marlene Taylor of Stuart; his nieces, Christina Mitchell (Brandon) and Christy Taylor; and his nephew Chris Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
