He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hall Midkiff; his son David; his daughter-in-law Virginia Midkiff of Woolwine; his grandchildren, Kelly Mae Midkiff and Sarah Lee Bristol (Andy); his sister-in-law Mary Lou Midkiff of Lebanon; and his nieces, Amy Grinnan and Melba Howard.
