He is survived by: his mother Ruby Campbell Hooker; his daughters, Taylor Payne, Kellie Martin and Jerrie Deal (Pwee); his brother Chris Hooker (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Xavier Whitt, Trevor Whitt, Jazmyn Whitt and Destiney Deal; his great grandchild Erica Payne; his niece Tiffany Bowman (Cody); and his nephew Toby Hooker.
