He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Beasley Raines; his daughter Beverly Raines Henson; his stepchildren, Chris Rakes, Shirley Joyce, Sandra Clement (Darryl) and David Rakes (Tammy); and his nephews, Adam Shelton (Jessica) and Thomas Matthew Shelton. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren.
