She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Kastretsios; her children, John Kastretsios (Kristin) of Stuart and Helen Ferst (Peter) of Florida; her granddaughter Katina Cairnes (Nick); her great grandchildren, Elena and Harper Cairnes; her nieces, Maria Gardina and Demetria Heatwole (Jim); her great-nephew James Gardina; and her great-niece Nikita Heatwole.
