He was predeceased by: his parents, William "David" Puckett and Lorene Booth Puckett; and his mother-in-law Ethel Cox. He is survived by: his wife Katina Cox Puckett; his daughters, Gretchen Lawson (Scott), Amy Reed (David) and Katona McMillian (Austin); his grandchildren, Nicholas Knight, Holden Reed, Christina Taylor, Andrew Reed, Adian Lacy, Watson McMillian and Amelia McMillian; his brother Thomas Puckett; and his caregivers, Katleyn of Washington and Bella Reed. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, close friends.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations in memory of "C.W." may be made to the Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 129 Veterans Drive, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041.
