With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carvey Lee Tatum of Stuart, Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hughes Tatum and Ruth Elzene Turner Tatum; and his brother Charles Gwendale Tatum. He is survived by: his son Maurice Muhammad of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandsons, Amir Muhammad of Atlanta, Georgia and Halim Muhammad of Atlanta, Georgia; his brothers, Terry Marshall Tatum (Martina) of Winston and James Leonard Tatum (Martina) of Danville, Virginia; and his nephew Marcel Tatum.
