He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Phyllis Moore (James) of Stuart, Virginia; his siblings, Preston Moore of Tampa and Lynn Tolley (Tim) of Roanoke, Virginia.; his significant other Brad Boley of Glen Allen, VA.; his nephews, Dion, Zavier and Gabriel; his niece Nia; his uncle Robert Moore (Sandra); his aunts, Linda Ludwig (Allen), Prestonia Kier (Hampton), Angela Simmons (Michael) and Deborah Carter (Arthur); his pets, Frisky, Daisy and Olly; his father James Alfred Moore; his brother Jason Frederick Moore; and his grandparents, Marie Brown, Jeanette Moore Moir, Preston Brown, Sr. and Fred Moore.
