She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Dalton and Ruby Boyd Dalton; her daughter Ruby Handy; and her brothers, William, James, Alfred and Elmo Dalton.
She is survived by: her children, Bonita Vipperman (J. R.) of Wise, VA, Charmin Gilley of Patrick Springs, VA and Robbi Campbell (Faith) of Stuart, VA; her grandsons, Jacob, Nathan and Isaiah Handy; and her siblings, Allen Lawless of Guilford, NC, Charles Dalton (Deb) of Meadows, Janet Martin of Stuart, VA, Linda Dalton of Meadows, Jeannie Vincenti (Bonssi) of Meadows and Freeda Haskins of Belton, SC. She is also survived by twenty three great-grandchildren.
