He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte; his siblings, Carol (Dave Collins) and Bob (Sue MacDonald); and also, Mandy, Mark Roller, Cully, Jessica MacDonald, Kara Good (Stella), Matt, Natalie MacDonald, Tim and Melissa MacDonald. He is also survived by five children and their spouses.
