Mathews (Glen), Roger Christopher Mullins (Mary Shannon) and Brent A. Mullins (Teresa); his grandchildren, Renee L. Glovier (Dave), Randi N. Wielert (Corey), Rachel B. Sager (Gunther), Drew M. Mathews, Tanner C. Mathews, Makayla L. Almond (Tyler), Grace C. Mahoney (Bailey), Ella P. Mullins, Ava S. Mullins, Seth A. Mullins, Ian J. C. Mullins, Abigail M. Mullins and Alexis S. Mullins; his great grandchildren, Gwen, Deacon, Charlotte Glovier, Rileigh Almond, Eliza and Harper Wielert; and his siblings, Elaine Maxwell, Ronnie, Glen and Stevie Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
