He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Albertus and Hazel Hendricks Sibert; his son Robert C. Deavers, Sr.; and his siblings, Ralph H "Sonny" Sibert and Ruby H. Rinker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Agnes Kenny Sibert; his sons, Rodney Lee Sibert, Jr., Ricky E. Sibert and Allen D. Sibert (Dawn); his grandchildren, Rodney L. Sibert, III, Robert C. Deavers, Jr., Kala M. Deavers Boucher (Brian), Tiffany M. McMullin, Sean R. Sibert, Alyssa M. Sibert and Allen D. Sibert, Jr.; and his great grandchild Chloe E. Boucher.
