He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Putman Robinson; his wife Esta Mae Ashwood Robinson; and his siblings, Shirley Robinson, Hamp Robinson, Gladys Fishel, Iona Combs, Mary Elliott, Martha Grim and Betty Keller.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey R. Robinson (Tammy) of Strasburg, VA, Terry H. Robinson (Laurie) of Conicville, VA, Timmy S. Robinson (Lori) of Woodstock, VA and Kelly L. Robinson; and his grandsons, Jeremy Robinson and Samuel Robinson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
