She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Payne and Velma Viola Cassidy Payne; her brothers, James Payne (Barbara) and Harold Payne; and her sister-in-law Joyce Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart Rogers of Strasburg, Michelle Bolton of Harrisonburg, Regina Rogers of Strasburg and Temple Kellogg of Staunton; her siblings, Robert Payne (Doris) of Harrisonburg, Charles Payne of Harrisonburg and Lorna Prichard (Ben) of Port Republic; her grandchildren, Cody Hottinger, Christian Hahn, Amanda Hottinger and Sarah Hottinger; her great grandchild Dakotta Sprankle; her pets, Tully, Raven and Scout; and her sisters-in-law, Erma Payne and Doris Payne.
