She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Isabelle and Charles Bates Triggs; and her siblings, Rebecca Breitback, Lois June Rucker, Garnett, Glenn and Norman Triggs.
She is survived by: her husband Jacques "Jac" Everly Billmyer; her daughters, Robin Billmyer of Frederick County, Virginia and Sherry Rinard (Dwight) of Frederick County, Virginia; her grandchildren, Nathan Rinard of Richmond and Everly Rinard of Fairfax, Virginia; and her sister Mary Catherine Dahbura of Hagerstown.
