He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Miller and Ada Miller. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kay Pingley Kline; his son Christopher Todd Kline; and his sisters, Jane Hamilton (Bill) and Sherry Richey.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Strasburg Express, P.O. Box 417, Strasburg, VA 22657.
