It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ponton of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gorden Elroy and Larue Cook Orndorff; and her brothers, Donald E. Orndorff, Garland E. Orndorff and James E. Orndorff.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Ritter (Chuck) of Strasburg, VA and Scotty Ponton (Juanita) of Strasburg, VA; her grandchildren, Danyelle Gordon and Troy Gordon; and her brothers, Richard E. Orndorff of Woodstock, VA and Vaughn E. Orndorff of Strasburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
