She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jenkins, Sr. and Reba Ardesta Rhodes Jenkins; and her siblings, Ida Mae Hepner, Shirley Tolbert, Rebecca Ritenour, Edith Miller, Walter Jenkins, Jr., Larry Jenkins and Gloria Jean Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Plaugher of Strasburg; her children, Blane Plaugher (Laura) of Maurertown, VA, Dixie Oyler (Jesse) of Strasburg, VA, Diane Hodson (Wilby, Sr.) of Strasburg, VA, Gwen Phelps (Doug) of Maurertown, VA and Jason Miller of Frederick County, VA; her grandchildren, Candie, Amanda, Corrissa, Rebecca, Robert, Cathy, Cheyenne, David, Brianna, Olivia, Emily, Abigayle, Eric, Adam, Destiny, Gabriella, Wilby, Jr., Summer, Walker and Shiloh; and her brother Douglas Jenkins of Strasburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
