She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Neff and Hilda Katherine Kronk Neff; and her sister Phyllis Himelright. She is survived by: her husband Richard R. Rinker; her children, Russell R. Rinker (Joan Cooper) and Kelly Cauthorn (Ben); and her sister Debbie Pirtle (Jimmy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to the Strasburg Christian Church, Blue Ridge Hospice, Shenandoah County Humane Society, or Compassion Cupboard.
