It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Mumaw of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Carroll and Edna Carroll; and her siblings, Theo Hartlove, Nancy Palmer and Audrey Markland.
She is survived by: her husband John Mumaw; her children, William "Billy" Mumaw (Anna), Sharon Moss (Ethan), John "Mike" Mumaw (Debbie) and Janet Jackson (Steven); and her siblings, Raymond Carroll, Betty Schene and Tommy Carroll. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous Great grandchildren.
