He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Charles and Callie Ezell Rudd of Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Theordoa Lee Rudd, James D. Rudd and John David Rudd; and his brothers, Robert Muncey and Bobby Glenn Rudd. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
