He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Outie Williams and Edna Jenkins; his adoptive father Charles Ashby; his wife Dorothy Ellen Brill Williams; his children, J. D. Williams (Belinda) of Strasburg, VA, Brent Williams (Tina) of Woodstock, VA and Donnie Brill of Strasburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Matt Williams (Alecia) and Chandra Williams. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.
