He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Franklin and Mary Catherine Fishel Lichliter; and his wife Elizabeth Lillian Ramsey Lichliter. He is survived by: his son Glenn Robert "Bobby" Lichliter, Jr. (Barbara) of Strasburg, VA; his granddaughters, Heather Lichliter, Michelle Swanger and Amy Lichliter; his great grandchildren, Griffin Norton, Haydn Norton, Shade Norton, London Swanger and Maia Lamanna; and his sisters, Evelyn Keller of Strasburg and Loretta Joachimi.
The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. Memorials may be made to Strasburg Vol.
