Geneva L. Gleaton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geneva L. Gleaton of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Accokeek, Maryland, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie Middletown Jenkins Wymer and John W. Jenkins, Sr.; her stepfather David Earl Wymer; her husband Cecil Gleaton; and her siblings, Louise Pickeral, Eunice Ferguson, Bertha Manuel and Johnny Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Stephen Gleaton (Donna), John David Gleaton (Paula), Ricky Ray Bowley (Tara) and Amanda Sue Hoffman (Robert). She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
