He is survived by: his friend Thank You Charlie; his grandsons, Will and Charlie; his children-in-law, Billy and Kathy; his children, Brian E Williams (Kathy) of Strasburg, Amy W Akers (Carl) and Emily S Williams of Strasburg; his grandsons, Carl E Williams (Morgan) of Strasburg, Carl W Akers III (Will) of Strasburg and Charles E Williams (Charlie) of Strasburg; and his sister Beverly Conley of Narrows, VA.
