She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garnett and Virgie Mae Martin Neff. She is survived by: her pet Dixie; her daughter Kim; her husband Richard Wayne Hallman, Sr. of Strasburg; her children, Kimberley Dawn Golliday (Les) of Strasburg and Richard Wayne Hallman, Jr. (Crissy) of Quicksburg; her great grandchild Oliver Scott Golliday; her siblings, David Neff (Holly) of Moorefield, W. Va, Wesley Neff (Shirley) of Fort Valley and Debbie Plaugher (Bobby) of Strasburg; her stepsiblings, Mike Humphries and Lisa Routhier; and her siblings, Joe Neff and Linda Frye.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Strasburg Volunteer Rescue Squad or to the missionary fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
