It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cora Maxine Grandison of Strasburg, Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Moats and Emma Clearice Moats (Beverly); her husband Melvin Eugene; her children, Alvin Christopher and Drucilla Felicia; her granddaughter Christina; and her siblings, Lawrence, Gene, Harmon Moats, Jr., Beverly Gardiner and Grace Moats.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Eugenia; her grandson Timeka Milton (Tanaia); her siblings, Thelma Moats (Roscoe) of Franklin, WV, Elsie Barrow of Franklin, WV and Earl Moats (Gloria) of Franklin, WV; her grandchildren, Kristerra Anselme and Krystal McKinney; and her great grandchildren, Tyree McMillan and Chamarra Milton.
