He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Bly, Sr. and Bernice Wingate Nitterhouse Bly; his granddaughter Amy Brown; and his siblings, Richard Bly, Donald Bly, Vivian Hoffman and Shirley Spiker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Hill (Lyle), Tammy Brown, Sherry Ritenour (Barry) and Trudy Kerr (Merle); his grandchildren, Brian Miller (Michele), Justin Brown (Trish), Jonathan Ritenour (Shauna), Lacey Crouch, Michael Kerr, Billy Hughes (Malika) and Summer Kerr; his great grandchildren, Macie Miller, Callen Miller, Clara Miller, Blair Crouch, Brett Ritenour, Payton Ritenour, Lylah Hughes and Lili Hughes; his sister Ida Strosnider (Sissy); and his close friend Judy Bly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
