It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Hinzman Ramsay of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Ray Ramsay of Clarksburg, WV; and her sons, Kent Steven Ramsay, Kevin Scott Ramsay and Brian Keith Ramsay. She is survived by: her siblings, Dean Hinzman (Janice) of Wyoming, DE, Ralph Hinzman, Jr. (Twyla) of Smyrna, DE and Doris Broscius of Barrackville, WV; her children, Dean Ramsay (Jeanne) of Vero Beach, FL and Paula Ramsay Taylor (Jet) of Gasburg, VA; and her daughter-in-law Holley Ramsay of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
