It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Neff (Strasburg, Virginia), who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Theodore and Laura Virginia Spitler Neff; his wife Nancy Jean Arnold Neff; and his siblings, David Neff, Mabel Lam, Annabelle Neff and Catherine Bowers.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Neff, Tammy Sue Neff and Joyce Ann Olguin; and his siblings, Bethel Funk, Lula Mae Neff and Franklin T. Neff. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Stover Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
