Spiker (Lynette) of Mesquite; his sister Phenie Russell of Strasburg; and his grandchildren, Shauna Spiker Muller (Charlie) of Madison, Brian Spiker (Monica) of Vista, Darci Spiker (John Backschies) of Calabasas, Amy Treadway of Murray, David Garreaud, Tonya Garreaud of Portland, Meagan Parrinello (Chris) of Hileah, Kelly Spiker (Roozie), Katie Fox (John) of Temecula and Dr. Ryan Spiker (Elizabeth). He was also cherished by ten great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
