It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Stevens (Strasburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Stevens to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Melvin and Ethel Lee Boyd Watson; her siblings, Joseph, Robert Watson and Doris Safrit; her half-brother Ralph Creed; and her stepsiblings, Earl Creed and Grace Hurst.
She is survived by: her husband William Stevens of Strasburg; her children, Robert Stevens (Laurie) and Brenda Stevens Wolters (Doug) of Cross Junction, Virginia; her granddaughters, Stephanie Crossley (Amy) of William Stevens, III and Carrie Schafer (Ben); her great grandchild Cora Schafer; her stepbrother Clinton Brumback; and her sister-in-law Connie Watson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
