We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 93, Anne Barr of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Francis and Martha Chandler Phalen; her brother Robert C. Phalen (Bo); and her husband Harold R. Barr (Bud). She is survived by: her children, Reid Barr, Betty Colson (Howard) and Jennifer Maggio (Eric); her grandchildren, Brian Colson (Kolynn), Andrew Colson (Paula), Mark Colson (Sara), Quinlan, Anya, Isabella and Anthony Maggio; and her nieces, Mary V. Painter (James) and Ellen V. Davis (William).
