She was predeceased by: her father Cletus Franklin; and her husband Orville Francis "Bud" Plauger. She is survived by: her children, Adam Wade Plauger (Pam) of Winchester, VA, Jeff Plauger (Amy) of Tecumseh, MI and Carla Plauger Blakely (Jeff) of Front Royal, VA; and her grandchildren, Kyle Plauger, Dylan Plauger, Tiffany Blakely, Stephanie Blakely, Wyatt Blakely and Hunter Plauger. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
