He is survived by: his wife Mychelle Cazalas; his children, Tammy Mae Cazalas Cecero and Andrew Philip Cazalas, II; his grandchildren, Timothy Hunter Carmichael, Zachary Duncan Carmichael and Hope Delaney Carmichael; and his siblings, Betty Gramling, Joan James, Mary Cazalas, Cathy Osborne and John Cazalas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
