He is survived by: his wife Polly Dellinger Moran of Strasburg, VA; his children, Donna Boies (Michael) of Strasburg, VA and Michael Moran (Tammy) of Front Royal, VA; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Melissa, Rebecca, Joshua, Jonathan and Corey. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
