He is survived by: his siblings, Valerie B. Evans Fort, MD (late Paul) of Washington, Dora B. Spencer (late Payton) and Francis Jerome Briggs (Ora); his aunts, Rev. Ethel B. Poarch and Alice; his sister Brenda Repass; and his close friend Giles Meade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
