He was predeceased by: his parents, Claiborne Lewis and Margaret Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Lewis Campbell (Jeffrey) and Brent Kenston Lewis (Angela); his granddaughter Olivia Lewis; and his brothers, Claiborne Lewis, Jr. (Carol) and David Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
