He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jessie Lee Parham Sr.; his daughter Gloria Parham; his sister Charlene Thweatt; his wife Penelope Parham (Sills); his daughters, Altonya Parham, Kellie Parham-Prosise (Maurice) and Brooke Parham; his grandchildren, Morgan Taylor, Breonia Taylor, Kajuan Parham, Mya Parham, Justin and Taeryn Parham (Ryan Prosise); his great grandchildren, Jordan, Lauryn and Mareke Jr.; his mother Eunice Parham; his siblings, Philistine Morgan (Jerome), Carolyn Pettaway (Keith), Lisa Taylor (James), Donzell Parham and Jessie Parham Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Lemoine Parham, Bridgette Sills, Sharon Jones (Andre), Evelyn Williams (Larry), Savannah Mason and Gregory Sills (Valerie). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
