He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald O. Sr. Marrs and Betty M. Marrs; and his brother Jeffrey M. Marrs. He is survived by: his wife Marion Marrs of Sterling, VA; his daughter Chelsea Samar (JJ); his grandchildren, Charlotte of Lyndhurst, Virginia. and Jack Samar of Lyndhurst, Virginia.; his sisters, Kimberly A. Sparger (Ronnie) of Broken Arrow and Roxanne Lofgren of Claremore; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Daft, Alexis McPeak, Rusty McPeak, Adam Sparger and Carter Washington.
