He was predeceased by: his siblings, William George Ketner Sr. and Clara Priscilla Ketner (Fichthorn). He is survived by: his brothers, Percival Ketner (Pat) and Joe Ketner; his wife Dorothy Jean Ketner (Saylor); his sons, Michael Wayne Coulter and Charles W. Ketner (Tater); and his grandchildren, Nathan Michael Ketner and Erin Grace Ketner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
